Introduction...
The Monaco Grand Prix is at the top of the list for all F1 fans. Purists may argue that the racing is overshadowed by all the other goings on but for most it is the combination of the unique location, the certainty of exciting racing on the narrow streets, the noise, the glitz and the prospect of bumping into the rich and famous in the bars and restaurants which keeps them coming back. Overall, there is no greater spectacle on the Formula 1 calendar.

Given it’s size, the tiny Principality has massive allure. Tourists flock there year round to enjoy the sights, to browse in the designer boutiques, to wander through the beautiful public gardens, to walk the Grand Prix circuit and to gamble in the world-famous Casino. Meanwhile, the locals are going about their daily lives, shopping in the markets and supermarkets and meeting with friends for a drink in their favourite bar. Even on Grand Prix weekend they will be on the busses and in the streets mingling with the thousands of race fans arriving in Monaco from all directions.

Your can stay in Monaco itself, or in Beausoleil, where Monaco meets France just a couple of blocks from Casino Square. Here you are at the heart of the action and can witness the arrival of the teams, transporters and the whole Grand Prix entourage. The circuit takes shape, final pieces of armco are put in place and then on Thursday F1 cars are let loose on the tight, twisty streets. You can escape to your hotel pool or to the beach but when the racing is on you cannot fail to know about it.

Just fifteen minutes west by train is the elegant resort of Beaulieu. With it’s own beach, a big marina and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, there’s plenty of reasons to stay here. It is much quieter than Monaco and the perfect antidote to a day at the races.

Alternatively you can stay in Nice. It’s a year-round resort with plenty of sights and entertainments, the Promenade des Anglais and the popular beach. Our hotels are all located between the seafront and the railway station for easy access to both and to the old town with its famous flower market and seafood restaurants.

Our tour prices are based on flights from London Luton or Stansted airports. Flights from alternative London and regional airports are also available. If you prefer to take a longer holiday and drive down to Monaco we can arrange your channel crossings and overnight stops en route. Some of our hotels have private parking.

All prices include return transfers between Nice Airport and your hotel and accommodation on bed and breakfast basis. If you stay in Nice or in Beaulieu rail tickets are also included so that you can make your way to and from Monaco for practice, qualifying and the race at your leisure and at times to suit you and, of course, we are on hand throughout your stay to give you any advice and assistance you may need.
