Introduction...

Pau, the ancient capital of Henry IV and overlooking the snow-capped Pyrenees, has a unique place in the history of motor racing.  The name ‘Grand Prix’ was first used here to describe the race run through its streets in 1900.  Over the years this unchanged circuit in the heart of the city has witnessed titanic battles involving Etancelin, Nuvolari, Fangio, Ascari, Villoresi, Trintignant, Brabham and Clark.

Join us on our eight day driving tour staying in Cognac and Bordeaux with time to sample the best each region can offer.  From Bordeaux we drive towards the capital of the Pyrenees to our centrally situated hotel in Pau and, during the weekend you will enjoy excellent VIP hospitality.

Alternatively, our three night arrangement in Pau gives you the flexibility to travel by car or by air and we can of course help with your travel arrangements if required.
