Introduction...
Montreal is one of the favourite races of the drivers, teams and
race fans. It’s so easy to get to and from the track and there’s no shortage of
lively bars and restaurants in the French Quarter for the evenings. Old Montreal
and the port are perfect for daytime browsing and sightseeing and you can shop
in the modern commercial centres or in the miles of underground shopping arcades
which lie beneath downtown Montreal.
The circuit, on the Ile Notre Dame, is easily accessible by Metro from the
city centre. The 2008 race was certainly one of the highlights of the year and
very entertaining. All the championship contenders, save Massa who could only
manage fifth, went out resulting in a most unusual top eight and a rare treat
for the spectators. The BMW Sauber team had a splendid day with Kubica’s first
race win followed by teammate Heidfeld. Coulthard for Red Bull came third and
Vettel scored one point for eighth place in the Toro Rosso.
Join us in Montreal for a very special weekend. Our tour includes your
metro tickets to get you to and from the track, a driver hosted cocktail party
on Friday evening and F1 theme party with food, drinks, driver and celebrity
talk show and much more on Saturday evening. You will be well looked after
throughout.
If you would like more time in Montreal or to extend your stay elsewhere in
Canada let us know and we will be pleased to arrange it for you.
Thursday 4 June
Fly from London Heathrow to Montreal on a mid-afternoon scheduled flight of Air
Canada. On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel where accommodation

an evening at leisure in Montreal.
Friday 5 June
Free or to make your way to the circuit for first practice sessions. Using your
included Metro ticket you can come and go as you wish.
In the early evening join us at the cocktail party where you
can enjoy a glass of wine and get the latest information from the paddock.
Saturday 6 June
At leisure to come and go as you wish to the Ile Notre Dame for practice,
qualifying and supporting events. This evening is the F1 Theme Party with
drivers, team members and race celebrities. There’s food and drink, art shows,
race simulators and plenty of attractions – it is always an excellent evening.
Sunday 7 June
Make your way at your leisure to the track to take your place for the Grand
Prix.
Monday 8 June
Free until your return transfer to the airport for the late afternoon flight,
via Toronto, to London.
Tuesday 9 June

Prices and what is included...
from £1389 per person, based on 2 people sharing
(single supplement £420)
Race tickets...
The circuit is on Notre Dame Island in the St Lawrence River
with direct access to the city on the Montreal subway system. You can be there
in a matter of minutes and come and go as you please throughout the weekend.
Grandstand tickets are only available as three day tickets and all seats are
numbered. None of the grandstands are covered. All stands have a view of a giant
screen. Of the many grandstands we recommend the following:
Gold 1 £275
Gold 2 £275
Silver 11 £230
Silver 15 £230
Silver 24 £230
These prices are valid for 2008, 2009 prices to be confirmed
Gold 1 and 2 are opposite the pits and Silver 15 and 24 are on the hairpin –
great for overtaking. It is a good 30 minute walk to get to Silver 11 but well
worth it for the action on the Senna corner.
